The Student Card also functions as a member of the Trisakti STP Library.
Required to make a library-free certificate, for students who have completed their education.
If the Student Card that functions as a library member card is lost, a certificate is made from the education department.
A library-free letter is issued, the user only borrows books to read on the spot, is not permitted to take home.
Students who have finished and declared to pass the thesis examination are required to submit 1 (one) KTA / PA / Thesis (hardcover) copy along with the softcopy in .pdf format copied on the Compact Disc (CD) as a requirement for diploma retrieval.
The book borrowing time for students is 1 (one) week, and can be extended as much as 1 (one) time so that the loan plus the loan extension is 2 (two) weeks.
The book borrowing time for lecturers is 1 (one) month.
Late returns will be subject to a fine of Rp. 2,000, - (Two Thousand Rupiah) per day for students.
Maximum number of 2 (two) copies for students and 10 (ten) copies for lecturers.
Writing and Final Projects are only read on-site and are not allowed to be copied.
VCD lending applies the same conditions as borrowing a book.
Domestic books, replaced with the same title or replaced with money 2 (two) times the price of the book.
Overseas Issuance Books, are replaced with the same title or replaced with money 3 (three) times the price of the book.
Every user who will use the Trisakti STP Library must meet the following conditions:
Fill out the guest book
Bring your own valid ID card
Register as a member of the Trisakti STP Library
Store bags / folders in bag storage.
Not allowed to store valuables in the bag storage.
Neatly dressed and polite uniform and not allowed to wear a jacket and are required to wear shoes.
While in the library, users are not allowed:
Making loud sounds that can interfere with other users.
Smoking, eating and drinking.
Crossing out, tearing or damaging library materials.
Makes a loud noise from cell phone use.
Returning the finished newspapers and magazines themselves to the bookshelves.
Perform immoral acts and behavior.
Conduct loan transactions in advance for all library materials to be borrowed in the circulation section before passing the exit.
Keeping Student Cards or other ID cards from being used by unauthorized persons.
Returning book loans does not exceed the return date limit.
Showing luggage when leaving the library
Willing to be checked at the exit if requested by security (security) officers.
Keep the library room calm.
Not allowed to bring their own books or books that have been borrowed to the collection room.
